After the third bell, the Curfew Wardens walk — tall, patient things with lanterns where faces should be. Nobody remembers who they work for anymore. They only collect whoever is still outside.
How to play
Move one step at a time with the arrow keys, a swipe, or the on-screen pad.
Wardens sweep their lantern light — and some walk a beat. Their light must never touch you; crates and walls block it.
When the lanterns flicker, the bell is about to gutter them for a moment: that is your window to run. Iron grates ring underfoot and turn every nearby head toward you.
Some safehouses are locked — pick the key up off the stones first. The curfew fog creeps in from the near edge a row at a time; reach the green door before it reaches you.
